01What it does

Products, policies and a shopper's orders

Add the embed through Storefront → Script Manager — BigCommerce's own supported way to inject a script, no theme edit — and your mate learns your products and policies, answers shoppers on the storefront, and looks up a signed-in customer's orders, with any change confirmed first. A native single-click app is on the way for a one-step install.

02How to switch it on

  1. In the BigCommerce control panel, open Storefront → Script Manager and add the one script tag from your Console connection settings.

  2. In Settings → API accounts, create a store-level API account with the scopes you allow, and give the platform the store hash and its access token.

  3. Publish; the floating widget appears on every storefront page.
