01What it does
One custom-code line, the chat on every page
Add the embed script under Site settings → Custom code and your mate is on every page of your Webflow site: the launcher, the full-page chat, your visitor's language, hand-off to your team. On Webflow's free Starter plan, Custom code is not available — add a single Embed element from the Designer's Add panel and paste the same script into it instead.
02How to switch it on
Copy the embed script from your Console.
On a paid plan: in Webflow, open Site settings → Custom code and paste it into the head code. On Starter: add an Embed element to the page from the Designer's Add panel and paste it there instead.
List your site's origin in your published embed origins and publish the site.
03What it needs
The page origin you allow, and an optional getIdentity for signed-in visitors — the same as the web chat.
Nothing to set up on your side.
