01What it does

Signed calls to your endpoint, retried and in order

Register an endpoint and the platform calls it — signed, retried, in order — on the events you pick: a conversation started, a hand-off, a booking, a rating. Your own system reacts however you like.

02How to switch it on

  1. Give the platform your endpoint address.

  2. Copy the signing secret and verify every call with it.

  3. Pick the events and send a test call.

An HTTPS endpoint of yours and the signing secret to verify calls.

Register an endpoint in Console, check each call against the signing secret, and follow every delivery, retry and dead-letter from the same card.
It says so and hands the conversation to a person on your team, who picks it up from the Inbox with the full history — the customer stays on the channel they wrote on.
