WooCommerce

Your mate on your WooCommerce store — knows the catalogue, checks a signed-in customer's own orders.

01What it does

Catalogue answers and order help on your store

Connect your WooCommerce store and your mate learns your products, categories, shipping zones and policy pages, answers shoppers on the storefront, and looks up orders for a customer who is signed in. It reads, it does not spend: returns and refunds are answered from your own policy page and handed to a person. The chat itself works on any WordPress site today; this connection adds the store.

02See it in place

Try it on a real site before you connect it

WooCommerce store

Live demo

Fernweh Supply Co.

A real WooCommerce shop with a live catalogue, a signed-in customer, real orders and an open REST API to drive it all.

03How to switch it on

  1. In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, add a key with permission Read and copy the consumer key and secret.

  2. Give the platform the store address and those two values; the store is checked before anything is saved.

  3. Choose which of the four corpora it reads — products, categories, shipping, policies — and publish.

04What it needs

Your store address and a WooCommerce REST API consumer key and secret with Read permission. Pretty permalinks must be on, or WordPress does not serve the REST routes.

05Questions

Ready today — connect your store with a read key and your mate knows the catalogue.
It says so and hands the conversation to a person on your team, who picks it up from the Inbox with the full history — the customer stays on the channel they wrote on.
